The Executive Chairman of Coker-Aguda Local Council Development Area, Hon. Ogidan Azeez, conducted an inspection of the ongoing construction of the new Legislative Building being developed for the Council’s 6th Legislative Assembly.
The newly deployed Council Manager, Mrs. Ogunbo-Alimi Modupeola, and the Council Engineer joined the inspection, accompanying the Chairman on a tour of the facility to assess the level of work completed and review the project’s progress.
Construction work has advanced significantly, with the project currently at the door-installation stage. The Chairman also acquainted the Council Manager with the building’s layout, including designated office spaces for principal officers and members of the Legislative Assembly.
When completed, the new Legislative Building will provide a more conducive and functional working environment for the Council’s lawmakers and further strengthen the legislative arm’s capacity to discharge its responsibilities effectively.
Hon. Ogidan expressed satisfaction with the pace and quality of the work and reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to complete the project in line with approved standards and specifications.
